The process of establishing Societatea Complexul Energetic Oltenia S.A., administered in a dualist system by the Directorate and the Supervisory Board, was initiated in accordance with the Government Decision No. 1024/2011 regarding certain measures for reorganizing the electricity producers under the authority of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Environment.
